Posted: 07 Aug 2008 06:15 PM CDT  相信已经有不少摄影爱好者订好了奥运会的门票，准备去现场体验奥运现场的气氛，下面便是为大家准备的一点非常基础但是也非常有效的体育摄影Tips，祝大家拍下最具"决定性的瞬间"。链接：http://leica.org.cn/tag.php?tag=%E6%91%84%E5%BD%B1%E6%8A%80%E5%B7%A7 『准备什么样的器材？』 一般来说，你需要准备两台单反，一台首先配上70-200/2.8这样的大光圈长焦镜头，一台配标准变焦镜头，另外也可以根据个人情况带上一只标头或广角镜，以记录整个现场的气氛； 『怎样设置你的相机？』 室内与室外体育项目有截然不同的光照环境，因此你首先需要判断你将面临的光线条件，光照好的体育项目包括网球、棒球、田径、足球等，光照差的体育项目包括篮球、乒乓球、排球等项目（准备拍姚明的同学一定要注意哦）。  快门：无论你在室内还是室外，都至少应该保证你的快门速度在1/250秒以上光圈：光照环境好的室外情况下，使用ISO200感光度，配以F8-F11光圈会给你带来景深非常理想的照片，如果能将快门提高到1/500s以上，就足以捕捉到运动员最快速度的瞬间；在室内体育项目拍摄中，你往往需要使用F2.8-F4光圈，并配以高ISO值获得较高的快门速度； 保存格式：体育项目往往使用连拍模式，因此你需要权衡存储RAW还是JPEG格式，前者会很快占满你的机内缓存； 『对焦』绝大多数单反相机有三种对焦模式（AF-A/AF-S/AF-C），而拍摄体育项目一般使用AF-C连续对焦模式，当然，在某些情况下，提前锁定焦点的"陷阱式"对焦亦事半功倍。 『寻找最佳拍摄位置』角度决定构图，身处有利的拍摄位置自然更容易捕捉到关键的画面，例如在篮球比赛中，篮筐的左侧更容易捕捉到扣篮的完整画面； 『不要仅仅关注动作』最精彩的瞬间并不仅仅是运动员的动作，等待结果时的紧张、胜利的喜悦、失利的落寞都会体现在运动员的表情上，抓住人性的画面往往更能打动人心；

I feel like the navigation is fairly clear (although sub navigation is lacking). I have browseable archives and search, yet still, am I doing all I can do make the information on this site easy to find? I wish WordPress offered more advanced search for one thing, I might look into adding this via plugin somehow. Another idea I have is to offer some “guide” pages (e.g. “Just learning CSS? Start here.”). The Institute for Dynamic Educational Advancement (IDEA) has just released a report on Finding Information (July 2008). They kind of debunk my guide page theory in their conclution:

Around here, in addition to deleting insulting comments, I delete comments that add nothing to the article discussion itself. Comments that consist of “Thanks!!!!” (and that’s it) I delete. You’re welcome, but this doesn’t add a heck of a lot to the conversation makes it harder to follow.

The New DeliciousI have literally thought to myself time after time in the past few months how sad it is that Del.icio.us has been stagnate for so long. It’s such a nice service and so highly used, and it sat seemingly abandoned for quite a long time. Thankfully that was not the case! Del.icio.us has redesigned, and is reborn as Delicious! In this blog post about the redesign, there is a wonderful video that shows the transformation from old to new.
Blogging tips from Cory DoctorowBoing Boing co-author Cory Doctorow shares some advice on blogging. I found the tips very thoughtful and relevant to all web design, really. Main points: write good titles and respect your readers. Down with superfluous pagination! |

『新旁轴时代』超便携可更换镜头系统：Micro Four Thirds Posted: 05 Aug 2008 03:13 PM CDT  Panasonic与Olympus刚刚共同发布了一个非常有趣的新可更换镜头相机标准：Micro Four Thirds，在搭载4/3尺寸感光元件的同时大大减少体积和重量，并且也可以如DSLR和Rangerfinder那样更换各种镜头。 Micro Four Thirds在设计上取消了单反的反光镜系统，从而大大缩小了镜头卡口与焦平面的距离，已非常接近旁轴相机的水平，但是Micro Four Thirds系统又没有任何光学取景器，而直接通过LCD LiveView功能取景，所以它既不是单反，也不属于旁轴相机。下面是一些Micro Four Thirds的KeyPoint： 1.无反光镜，镜头与机身的体积/重量大幅降低； 2.无光学取景器，通过LiveView取景； 3.镜头卡口将搭载9-11个触电，以添加更多功能； 4.现有的4/3系统镜头将可通过转接环使用于Micro Four Thirds系统机身； 5.Micro Four Thirds机身将提供摄像功能； 目前来看，Micro Four Thirds作为一个全新的标准，是否能获得成功尚无法断言，但是毋庸置疑的是，在DSLR无法满足人们便携要求的情况下，高端、专业化的可更换镜头式便携数码相机已呼之欲出，未来将有更多厂商加入到这一领域。

Launch of ThemeForest + Exclusive Beta Invites! Posted: 05 Aug 2008 07:45 AM CDT You guys are probably already aware of the Eden and their family of kick ass tutorial sites (e.g. NETTUTS, PSDTUTS, etc.). They also run the site FlashDen, which is a marketplace for Flash components. With your FlashDen account, not only can you browse and buy their giant collection of Flash components (think photo galleries, audio players, animations, even full website templates), but you can also be an author and sell Flash stuff that you make. The top authors on FlashDen make thousands of dollars a week, and have made hundreds of thousands of dollars overall. Modeled after the success of FlashDen, Eden also launched AudioJungle, which works the same way only for stock audio. Now there is going to be a third member joining the party: ThemeForest. (Info about beta invites below!)

Posted: 04 Aug 2008 02:14 PM CDT  历史上最贵的照片终于亮相——Brad Pitt与Angelina Jolie双胞胎新生儿的照片刚刚成为《People》与《Hello！》杂志的独家封面，这两家刊物为独家首发权支付了总额高达1400万美元的支票。《People》在封面上使用了两张色调明快的婴儿照，一张是Pitt与Jolie一起抱着新生儿，快乐溢于言表，另一张是姐姐Shiloh抱着刚刚出生的妹妹，两张照片都突出Pitt一家对新成员的喜爱；相比之下，《Hello！》选取的照片则将关注的焦点放在了新生儿身上，Jolie充满母爱的微笑与Pitt一脸严肃的表情传递了一种更深远的关注。 新生儿（Knox Leon与Vivienne Marcheline）的照片依然由我们非常熟悉的摄影师Brent Stirton拍摄，他也是Pitt和Jolie第一个女儿Shiloh的摄影师。 另外值得一提的是，新生儿的照片版权所得将全部捐入Jolie-Pitt慈善基金会，用于全球慈善工作。

Posted: 04 Aug 2008 07:45 AM CDT When creating a web form, one of the many choices you must make is how you are going to align your labels with your inputs. This is not a trivial decision, as this placement affects the readability/usability of your form, completion rates, speed of completion, and ultimately the satisfaction level of the users trying to get through your form. But is there one ultimate answer for how you should be aligning labels? Not really, it depends on the specific needs of your form and the design constraints of the page. Lets take a look at the different choices and see the advantages to each. Top-aligned LabelsMost information suggests that top-aligned labels will result in the quickest completion times, the least user confusion, and the least amount of extraneous eye movement. Another advantage to top-aligned labels is the amount of horizontal room it affords the label. If your form will ever be translated or otherwise offered in another language, this extra room can be vital. Languages like French can be have labels up to twice as long as their English counterparts. Top-aligned labels sure do sound like a good way to go, and they are, except when vertical real estate comes into play. If your form is even moderately long, when you start adding up the label, input, and space between (which needs to be a little bigger to separate the fields from each other), you start getting pretty tall pretty quick. Quick completion times will diminish if your form requires extensive downward scrolling.
Left-aligned LabelsLeft-aligned labels have the advantage of being the easiest to quickly scan the label values. Since they are all in a nice vertical row and are not broken up by inputs, users can quickly scan each label and get a feel for the form. This can be ideal when the form is asking for unusual data, and the label for each needs to be clearly understood. Left-aligned labels bring the advantage of requiring much less vertical space, since each label and input pair is one one thin vertical row. However these savings in vertical space come at the cost of requiring more horizontal space. The design of your site may very well have the final say. The biggest disadvantage to left-aligned labels is that research shows they have the slowest completion times. This is likely because of the visual distance between the label and input field. The shorter the label, the further away it is from the input. I would suggest integrating current field highlighting (article/demo) if you choose left-aligned labels. Also keep in mind that slow completion rates aren’t always a bad thing, especially if the form requires unfamiliar data. If you are asking for things like Driver’s License Number or a Serial Number, you may implicitly want to slow users down a bit and make sure they enter things correctly.
Right-aligned LabelsRight-aligned labels share the same space advantages/disadvantages as left-aligned labels do: need more horizontal but less vertical space. Also, the language concern pops up again, there can be spacing problems if the form needs multi-language support. The big advantage to right-aligned labels is the strong visual connection between label and input. For shorter forms, right-aligned labels can have great completion times. Sometimes up to twice as fast as left-aligned labels, which have there inherit problem of less visual connection between label and input. Right-aligned labels disadvantage comes from scanability and comfortability. Your form will lack that hard left edge, which makes it less comfortable to look at and harder to read. This is minimized with short forms with familiar data though, so it may not be a concern. It certainly would be a concern though, with forms with longer question-style labels and unfamiliar data.

三只蚊子的故事-我们爱讲冷笑话
三只蚊子在炫耀各自的飞行技术。
蚊子A首先飞向一只青蛙，在它附近转了几圈
回来时，只见青蛙的舌头打了一个活结。
它骄傲的说："在我老家，若没有这种本事，马上就会完蛋."
蚊子B冷笑两声："哼，雕虫小技！"于是它飞向两只青蛙，在它们只见来回了几次
回来时，两只青蛙的舌头结成了一个死结，它臭屁的说："哼，在我老家，要这样才能生存。"
蚊子C不屑："开玩笑，在我老家，没见过这么差的技术！"
蚊子A.B不服气："你以为你有多大能耐？"
于是，蚊子C就飞向一群青蛙，在其中穿梭了数趟
回来时，只见青蛙们的舌头揪在一起，变成了一个"中国结"….

Leatherheads 皮帽子(爱情达阵)
有George Clooney, Renee Zellweger,John Krasinski的联袂,影片几乎没有什么毛病可挑,但也没有非看不可的必要.
二三十年代的背景,Clooney不出意料的扮演一名滑头的个人魅力无穷的凭口水完全可以当总统的橄榄球队长,办公室中扮演Jim的Krasinski这次演一个聪明反被聪明误的吹出来的橄榄球明星,还有自以为对男人那几根筋已经猜透了但不幸继续拜倒在男人石榴裙下的女记者Zellweger,和一个关于美式橄榄球起源的故事!
情节并没有大起大落,主角们的结局也随着时代的变迁而逐渐皈依,所谓各得其所.片中并没有令人捧腹的大笑,也没有令人心酸的悲伤.目的几乎是让你了解一段不为人知的橄榄球发展史和为无所事事的几位明星在2008年的日记上写上几个字.
除非你认为影片想给你表达一种"做人要厚道"的价值观,但这种主流的影片除了价值观以外,如果能在个性方面加强一些我认为才能脱颖而出,不然,就是一部so so的片子.幸亏是几张明星脸和招牌演技挽救了本片一点点,看看Zewellger的卖弄风骚和Clooney的自觉多情,会让你在喝着咖啡抽烟时不觉得乏味.
其它的,印象中没有多少了!
聪明人,Smart People,不错的心理辅导.
有趣的电影,Dennis Quaid继续扮演一个愣头青的教授,而Thomas Haden Church扮演他大智若愚的干弟弟,Ellen Page扮演最本色的叛逆女儿,而Sarah Jessica Parker则扮演一个让蠢教授变聪明的性感女人.
片子并非讲的是智力上的聪明,也跟一帮人设计一个无懈可击的圈套或骗局无关,只是一个带着淡淡生活情调的正常家庭中的故事.
当你开始关心周围的人和事,当你不再把自己孤立在外,当你积极的去争取你应得的东西,你才真正开始聪明起来.而这份聪明也并不允许只给自己带来利益,而是一份大家都可参与也都可分享的生活的智慧.
本片中,几个角色的饰演都非常到位.Dennis Quaid身为大学教授,传授深奥的英语文学,中年丧妻,然后还处在更年期,自负且咄咄逼人,对一切都不屑一顾自命不凡.连教授过两年多甚至有的7年的学生,他都记不住名字,不是记不住,完全是把学生当空气.如果不是家中有个Ellen Page这样的乖乖女,对自己的爸爸崇拜不已,事事担当起家庭主妇的重任,恐怕这个教授年纪轻轻就该被关入密室修炼葵花宝典了.
当然,教授也有吃闭门羹的时候,管理违规停车的学生就是不拽他,他只好翻墙去取自己被拖走的车,于是摔了个狗啃屎.但因祸得福,在医院中他遇到了n年前就仰慕又怨恨他的文学班的学生,Sarah扮演的外科医生.教授深深被这个非常不屌他的女医生给迷住了,他完全不记得这是一个虚心学习却还被自己给了个最低分的门生,还自以为风趣的调戏对方,结果整得别人连最后一丝好感都不给他了.
祸不单行(前面是祸吗?),教授那个无能的干弟弟,Thomas饰,找上了门,他又没钱没工作了.好吧,教授只好骂骂咧咧的在已经糟糕到不行的生活中塞进一个更糟糕的弟弟,至少,在摔伤了被医生禁止开车后,这个弟弟可以为他开车.
有趣的是,女儿显然已经在父亲深刻的影响下,形成了自己独特的不可一世的风格,处处卖弄自己被名牌大学录取的学历和渊博的知识,对爸爸的医生女友充满敌视,对自己的干叔叔充满鄙夷.但她再怎么用假惺惺的单词量,也掩盖不了内心的空虚寂寞,她不幸迷上了自己那邋遢的光屁股睡觉的吃东西像小猪的游手好闲的但说得一口流利西班牙语的干叔叔,她突然发现自己是个彻底的笨女人.
教授也一样,在领教了医生女友的气功(生气的功力)后,他也觉察到了,用他的话说是顿悟到了他一直缺失的东西,不是IQ,是EQ...
聪明并不仅仅是丰富的知识和渊博的学问.最重要的是,在生活上,在情感上,在家人中,要懂得放低自己,想人之所想,当赢得了家人朋友和学生们心底的尊重和爱,你才是一个十足的Smart People!
P.S.
最早知道Thomas,并不是蜘蛛侠里面的沙人.恕我对电影了解较少,最近才开始认真的注意这些实力派的演员们.我是在看Broken Trail残破的痕迹/义薄情天一片中才结识到这位木呐呆滞反应迟钝热血冲动的演员.我非常喜欢他所扮演的牛仔,在面对那群无助的绝望的中国女奴时,所表现出的宽厚的胸怀和对她们遭遇的同情与愤懑.同时,他和3号小姐的情愫渐生也表现得相当含蓄自如,特别贴合那个对中国人充满矛盾的大淘金年代.总之,他的电影,我应该不遗余力的补完.
Ellen Page永远那么叛逆,她的电影目前为止还真没让人失望过. 很想看看American Crime,看看她的表演和那个残酷的故事!
饰演儿子的Ashton Holmes没出现在海报上,长得挺帅,有点乡土气息的红脸颊,有点儿像西班牙队的托雷斯,现在利物浦的头号前锋.
参观<<底片>>美术展
今日,于何香凝美术馆参观了来自各大美术院校联合参展的<<底片>>油画作品展,感想很深很多,在这里就不浪费大家宝贵的精神时间了,正经儿的,看图说话:
"北北京京欢欢迎迎你你!"
"广州本田存在严重质量问题!"
"有小偷!"
"哈哈你看不见我的要害!"
说真的,这些名字都是我瞎编的,我承认我严重对不住原作者,赔礼道歉.不过艺术是主观的,我起的名儿就算副标题总行了吧哈哈!
